事情缘由与处理
前几天晚上，刚下班回到桃源村，就收到招行信用卡的一条短信，大概就是说我刚刚完成了一个74美元的交易，须知我完全没有动过我的信用卡啊，第一反应就是被盗号了。
立即打电话去信用卡中心收款方是谁，得知是Paypal，汗~~~第二个反应就是我paypal账号被盗用了，而且那人用光了我paypal上的余额***刀，并且不足以支付他购买的商品，从而在我的信用卡上再透资了74刀。靠，简直就是在抢钱。所以立即要求客户帮我冻结信用卡，免得那人把我弄得负债累累啊。
然后上网看了一下paypal账号，果真余额为0，显示刚支付了一笔***的款项，收款方就是Godaddy Inc。立即向Paypal提出申诉，填写一系列资料后提交等待回复，同时发一个ticket给Godaddy，要求退款。后来Godaddy回复说是因为我朋友的主机流量已经超负荷，所以自动扣费了（我之前帮朋友用我的paypal购买主机，可能签订了结算协议的原因吧）。才发现原来签订结算协议可能包含了允许其自动扣费的条款，可能。
给大家观赏一下一天使用超过150G流量的盛况。后来得知，是因为朋友的一个软件下载链接被别人盗用，导致可能下载的人太多，带宽不够用。
Godaddy对于此事的处理挺多流程，邮件来回4~5次，要求提供提供这提供那。最后还是第二天被Paypal把事情解决了，款项立即退到我的paypal账号，信用卡的要等20天才能退回到卡里面，因为godaddy还没有去动我信用卡支付出去的钱。算了，说你恶心就行了，godaddy。貌似月光大侠也出现过类似的情况
